Google is hosting an event on October 4 and will almost certainly launch new hardware

We’ve been hearing rumors about an upcoming Google event for some time now, and the company has finally confirmed that it’s hosting one on October 4 in San Francisco. The company sent out invites to the event and also tweeted from its @googlenexus account about it, embedding a teaser clip from YouTube; there’s also a new Google page with the aforementioned date (adjusted for your time zone) and what looks like an outline of a smartphone. All signs point to new hardware, but the company isn’t explicitly saying so just yet. October is coming. #madebygoogle https://t.co/UNMr2cJXhk pic.twitter.com/LzyswaEBjh — Google (@google)…

Fish Are a Bunch of Lame Posers

A new study has found that “schooling” is a horrendous process in which an individual’s unique personality is unceremoniously supplanted by groupthink and the notion of bravery is cast aside when a danger to the overall status quo is presented. Michael Bublé Looks Like the Handsome Stud He Is During a Red Carpet Date With His Wife

Michael Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, may have become a family of four in January, but the couple still knows how to sneak away for fun date nights. While we love seeing them show off their undeniable chemistry, we also can’t get enough of their family moments with sons Noah, 3, and Elias, 7 months. Here’s hoping they bring their little ones for their next outing!

VentureBeat spotted the issue, which appears to affect only torrent search result pages – that means the entire domain hasn’t been blocked. It’s possible that the site is hosting an ad network that’s running malicious ads. I tried a few searches and noticed that the warning appeared only in certain instances on result pages. Still, that was enough to raise a flag with Google’s Safe Browsing service, which powers security features for both aforementioned browsers. If an…

If you’re planning to visit your local Apple Store on Friday to purchase a shiny new iPhone 7 Plus, you may want to think again. The Cupertino company has revealed today that it has completely sold out of its initial stock of the handset. Apple will, however, have a limited quantity of the iPhone 7 in all colors except Jet Black available for customers to pick up in its retail stores.
